I established Muenks Industrial Repair in 1981 after being laid off from the local Cat dealer. My previous experiences have been heavy equipment operator and mechanic for my father and his brother while they were the owners of Muenks Brothers Construction. After becoming self employed, I have worked on just about any kind of equipment; overhauling engines, transmissions, final drives, hydraulics and hydrostats for the construction, mining and forestry industries. In 1993 I purchased a boring bar and bore welder system being central Missouri’s only outside line boring service. I have line bored loader arms, articulated hitches, dozer blades, roller frame pivots, cushion hitches, hydraulic excavator booms and buckets, backhoe arms and booms, shredders for blow mold manufactures, die mold machine hinge for die casting. I have rebuilt a Simons cone crusher main bushing bore. In 2008 we expanded our business by building our own shop with a 15 ton overhead crane. We are a professional repair/remanufacturing establishment. We always strive for perfection and settling only for excellence.
